At Bandit Running, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for every mile. If your purchase isn't meeting your performance needs, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
